It's a version of the stands that have always been used in endurance racing.

Very good, but like you say; expensive.

Isn't it you Squid that has linked to another stand again?

Someone did recently and that looked nice too, that would lift the whole bike and you could wheel it around

i would hate to think what would happen if it got a strong gust of wind from the side, looks like the bike would just slide off

My brother-in-law has got one of those Easy Rizers. I wandered into his garage recently to find his Goldwing 3 feet in the air! Seemed very secure.

Well he works offshore and had left the 'wing up there for 3 weeks with the back wheel off while he was away so it doesn't seem to struggle with the weight. It might be a heavy duty version though?

Looks good, but is it bike specific? Not very clear how it attaches to the bike.
