Yeah - thats one I don't wanna do - dont wanna break something before AR. How do I stop myself from falling off?? Or is that impossible?

RELAX - thats the biggest bit of advice. Don't over think it just do it. Remember your shoulder checks on Module 1. Even though its off road you have to imagine you are on the road.

You'll be great x

Im not the greatest rider so not really in a position to offer advice, infact i almost failed my CBT only passed on the basis my family all ride motorbikes and would help me improve...

wish you the best of luck though, im sure you'll be fine ;)

Wheelies / stoppies will be frowned upon...;)

Other than that, relax - Barring massive balance issues if you can keep your nerves together you'll get on just fine

Or just take one of these:

Two thing's I remember having to say to myself when learning were: soft arms and head-up, i.e. look were you're going not at the controls.
