Which other bikes does the SV share sprockets with?

As above.

I know the front is compatible across a large range of bikes including the GSXR600 but what about the rears? Bandit? Anything?

What would lead you to that conclusion?

Why, get sprockets for your SV, they are cheap enough really.

renthal aluminium ones in 520, for the SV, £25. In 525, £26.

bandits and sv's are parts bin specials. Why re-invent the part when you have got a foundary producing a part that would work.

Then you need to re-word to something like

"I don't actually know, but Bandits, GSXR's and SV's often share parts, so that's worth investigating further"

I know you said "I would say", but what if somebody only scanned your response and read it as per quoted above? Or assumed because you had posted advice that you where a mechanic or something, and "you would say" because you've seen them all many times and they look the same.

Got to be careful how/when you post advice on the forum, there are those idiot enough out there to take it at face value and believe you.

Fair enuf Ralph. Point taken

At least I ain't giving Shervin'esqke advice

"paint your brake discs for the ultra mean affect!"
"cutting hole in your chassis should give another 10bhp"

Warning the above quotes are for comical value and should be taken as that

No, just pointless comments.

The fact that he's asking suggests he knows that there may be some similarity, but at last count there have been what? 11 different generations of GSXR since the slabside, of which there were differences in final drive between capacities, they definitely made a lot of changes through the slingshots lifetime, again when they changed to SRAD and AGAIN when they changed to the K1-3.

That's not including various gens of bandit, teapot, powerscreen or inazuma.

So what the f*ck out of that lot would lead you to say they will "probably" fit? All 3 dozen different parts can't all go on!
A lot of the bigguns don't even use a 525 chain for chrissake...

P.S Both gens of SV share the same final drive sprockets.
