My SV1000S
Hello
My name is Rob and I live in the West Midlands. I have been riding for nearly 7 years and have owned a fair few bikes. Not sure if there are many SV1000 riders on this forum but I brought mine just over a month ago. All I have done so far is put some stickers on because it looked a bit plain. http://p1.bikepics.com/pics/2010/07/...021131-800.jpg |

Right engine, right colour, shame about the fairing ;)
Oh and hello from a fellow SV1000 owner (but a naked one) :D |
Re: My SV1000S
Nice Rob, oh and welcome by the way.
Where abouts in the west midlands? Maybe do a howdo in the madlanders section and keep a look out for rides etc locally. |

Re: My SV1000S
Thats good, do any of you meet up regular around here?
Before the SV1000 I had a Hornet 600 and some would meet up at Biker World |

Not as big group rides, maybe couple of times a year, but a few smaller rides go on, up until recently we was going the waterman every wednesday, you been up there? I try to get out most weekends if only for half a day sometimes, so we will have to go for a blast, i'll warn you though, i aint no rossi ;) Phil |
Re: My SV1000S
No I have never been to the Waterman. I have been to Bassets Pole a few times, but I can work long hours and some weekends so it can be hard.
I am no Rossi either mate. I prefer to take it easy and get home in one piece. |

The most important thing is getting home in one piece, there is nothing more important :) |
