What year ECUs work on a K3?

Hi guys,

It seems that my ECU is possibly goosed on my K3 naked. Does anyone know if I can buy a working second hand one and fit it, and which other years fit and work fine? I am guessing K3-K6 is fine (single sparkplug) but not the double ones. And does anyone have one for sale? How much are they new or second hand?
