'03 GSX-R750 shock in a '06 SV650S?
 

Does anyone offhand if this is a good fit? I can get the GSXR shock for next to nothing but it's a waste if it won't fit anyway.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks! From what I see, the 2003 GSXR750 is fittable but not highlighted as his ideal swaps?

Or am I reading that wrong?

Its a fair bit softer than you stock one, most people tend to replace their shocks because they want a stronger spring

Yes. That's what I thought. The stock is loose enough. I'll keep looking for a later year or a kawi zx10/14 which would be a better choice.
