Anyone with KGM Insurance?

I am with them at the moment and they are about £200-300 cheaper than the next one up, but i have been reading alot of bad things about them.

Problem is i cannot afford the next ones up and its all paid for up till Christmas.

Just wondering if anyone on here has had any experience with them.

Positive experience in my case, claim was settled quickly

Everybody and their dog has had, or knows someone who has had, a bad experience with *insert company here*

I'm with them currently, through bikesure, as they were far cheaper than anyone else - I've not had to claim though so no idea how they would behave in those circumstances.
