Paint code and spraying advice.

came off bike a few weeks back thanks to a cager shooting across infront of me, skid, kerb, slide, broken arm, cager drives off.

metal plate + 6 screws later, arm fixed =]

broke my LHS lower fairing and cant find any parts for the strange colour it is, anyone know anywhere for cheap painting or parts??
