jesus h christ.

Just had the shock of my life. Coming into town on the dual carriage way and a toddler runs across the road in front of me without looking. Mother was about 10-15 feet away from him. Luckily i breaked and swerved in time. Gave the mother a serious rollicking. I'm now at cafe nero and i cannot stop shaking. Gonna be a while before i can get on the bike.
I'm not religious but someone must have been looking after the little lad.

I hope she took note at how lucky she was not to have him mown down.

Some people just don't have a brain, how the hell did she not notice child away from her?

Wow, I can see why that would knock you for six mate. Try to stay off the coffee...sounds like you have enough shakes to deal with. I'm glad you gave the mother a rollocking. I know you can't have your eye on your kids every single second, but to be by a main road and have a kid get that far away is just not on.

Very glad it went the way it did for you and the wee man. :-)

A different take on the curvy vs pointy debate. I like it :-)
