Stuck At Caldwell Park, Keys At Brid:
After a long weekend at Brands/London goes down to Caldwell for GSXR 25th Anniversary track day. Nice steady ride down, hot and sunny at Cadwell. Bumped into a mate in the paddock and put my bag with Jacket/keys etc in his truck. Later on I go and spectate not realised what time it was so go back to the paddock and get that sinking feeling. No race truck:( Mate had left with my bag etc. Could not get hold of him so eventually son in law came down in a van to take me home!!! Fortunatly there was an evening track event and some people I new where down for the Thursday track day so they fed and watered me. Otherwise it would have been a cold lonely wait. Also phone died. Got home at 00:30 this morning! So ride to Bridlington tonight to pick up bag etc. (No spare key so could not have got that brought down). Will not be doing that again in a hurry, looks like top-box time:)
