Other alternatives to the SV?

I can't get insured on a 600ss so what other alternatives are there to the sv?
Im having a hard job finding a decent SV this time round for a good price,
I paid 2600 for my Black naked K5 with just over 1000 on the clock and all the mods in my sig. so was basically a brand spanker.

Er6 but looks a bit ugly, any one got any views on this bike compared to the SV?

I'm not really into bandits.

the hyosung 650 doesnt get very good reviews.

any more out there ?

cheers ant.

hyosungs are meant to be pretty poor quality wise, i think the er6-n looks nice, especially in black with the red frame, have you thought of getting yourself a hornet? No fairing so insurance is cheaper and and they are meant to handle very well.

If you want an SS600, why not get an older one - insurance should be much cheaper (as in I can afford to insure a 10 year old blade, but could never hope to insure a new one). Old doesn't mean less reliable if it's been well kept.

If you are not at fault ask the insurance to give you enough money to replace what you had------even if it is over book, and compensation for the additional premiums on your insurance due to the other parties fault
