i think its the fan, overheats then shuts off without warning. took it back to píssy world, they said needs to be picked up repaired then redelivered. its less that 4 months old. should i be telling them to replace it, or do i need to allow them to repair it? i think they're taking the path of least resistance in getting it repaired...

after months I think its standard practice to be repaired.

It's within 28 days you can ask for a new one.

could be wrong though

i doubt you will get a replacement after 4 months, yeah maybe after 2-4 weeks but any longer than that and its just turns to a normal warranty repair.

Why would you want a new one? A fix should be fine, just a pita.

thats pretty much the reason yes.

plus should a piece of kit go wrong so quickly after purchase? i guess thats maybe what my beef is too....
