Recommend these ear plugs
Hi All,
I know some people was talking about ear plugs and didn't know what to get or want some thing better these 16.99 and are brilliant, they come with two different set of filters and you can hear road traffic still with out the boom noise. I had a pair for about 100 miles and they are great May be worth ago, you want to try new earplugs rather spend out a couple 100 on custom ones. http://bikechatter.co.uk/ear-plug/99...-earplugs.html |

I did add that these plugs are crap and not really effective but I guess that was lost in the general chit chat. |

Re: Recommend these ear plugs
Custom made ones aren't that expensive, see http://ultimateear.co.uk/ Their standard "squidgy" plugs are £59. So just under four times the cost BUT they last. I've had my current set for about four years now and just wash them regularly to keep them fresh. The additional comfort over off-the-shelf plugs is amazing. That said, I do have very narrow ear canals, so getting off-the-shelf plugs that fitted was always a challenge...

Re: Recommend these ear plugs
After trying loads of different types of disposable earplugs I settled on the EARsoft FX. They have a high SNR of 39 and are the most comfortable for me so far.
