Will a trials bike fit in the boot?
Would this size of bike fit in the boot of a golf hatchback if I took out the back seats and maybe took the wheels off the bike?

Laid on its side, yes more than likely they will.
I have had a set of ladders in my old golf with the boot shut, they are surprisingly roomy with the rear seats down. |

I got a DT175 without wheels and forks in the back of my A class with the rear seat down.

Re: Will a trials bike fit in the boot?
yup
you can get a crf in the boot without the wheels so a trials bike should be no problem. If you have a towball, try these guys :- www.autowbars.co.uk It makes transporting much easier. |
Re: Will a trials bike fit in the boot?
Brilliant cheers guys :)
A trailer and towbar is too much hassle. I'd need to sit the trailer test, get a towbar fitted, and I don't really have anywhere to keep the trailer |

If you have towbar you can get some brilliant racks that go on the towball mount. I've got one from early 90s, cliponoff or something random like that

That looks handy actually. Just a bit of a pain with the numberplate and lights |

I've got one I've used on 3 different cars now. Takes my 520 no problems and just throw a lighting board on it and away you go. better than a trailer in every way. |
Re: Will a trials bike fit in the boot?
Awesome - if only they made these particular ones for road bikes!
