Top Box for SV650SK5
 

Not only am I a newbie to this forum, but I'm pretty new to biking as well! So sorry for what is probably a fairly basic stupid question... :stupid:

I need to get some luggage on my K5 SV650S - a top box will be enough, but what exactly do I need to get (and how does it actually attach to the bike?!)

Any recommendations on what is the best buy? :smt017

Some people buy a specific frame that bolts onto to bike, with a huge ugly plate that sticks out the back of the bike when it's not being used.

Some people buy a spare pillion seat, bolt the base plate to it and can then swap and change as they want.

I'd prefer the latter, but don't need a top box.

Sw motec do a nice replacement for the grab rail which swops out in minutes - not owned one but do a search I think nobby lad ? Had one.
