Winters day in Shropshire

Took my camera to work today & took some really nice shots, thought I would share some with you.

Some differences in colours as the day progressed. Nature can be so beautiful sometimes.

Bloody helll!!! Those trees are the view from my back garden!!! It looked just like this as I drove north to Scouseland this morning, finally getting warmer at Chester (-7C), and by Birkenhead it was a tropical -1C.

-13C here tonight... again:rolleyes: Or for Bill that's 8F.

Isn't this classic Hoarfrost ?

The other morning driving past Uttoxeter as the sun was coming up (7:30am) the cars thermometer was showing -14C. Outside the rising moisture had all turned into what looked like pixie dust. Tiny rectangle shaped glistening particles floating in the air.

It was kinda pretty, probably not great to be driving in though. As was proved 30 minutes later when I spent 5 hours waiting in the 8 mile tailback at junction 21 on the M1 !

Lol, I'm stalking you Ed :)
These were taken over the road from where I work in Whitchurch, it has been a joy to come to work just for the sights this past week

Cheers Brett, I have this as my wallpaper on my PC, it was one of those that I thought "wow, like that" as soon as I saw it :)
