I need a good motorcycle lawyer in the Birmingham area

Hi all,

I haven't been on in a while for a very good reason and am now urgently looking for a Birmingham based lawyer specialising in motorbikes. The main part of the case is a red light offense, which will decide my compensation liability.

After the whole incident I'll give more details but until this is sorted I'm afraid I'll have to keep mum. You guys have been pretty handy in the past so I'm hoping you have some good suggestions :)

Thanks a lot,
r

AGT law is quite good for general traffic offences, I know he's got people off all sorts, try contacting him:

Some examples:

He will travel, but does cost, it's up to you...

Thanks Tim, cost is not too much of an issue and tbh I'm not too happy with my personal injury lawyer so wil check AGT out after talking to my insurance people..

Does it have to be in Birmingham?Try White Dalton or I have some experience with a firm called Bromilly Holcroft who represented BB junior very well.

Thanks BB, White Dalton have come up a few times. It's a court summons and I already have a (poor) personal injury lawyer. I am going to ring a few people but I only have 7 days to respond and state whether I want the witnesses to appear. On another note, I was never sent a NIP

Were spoken to by the police at the scene, who told you that you were going to reported for an offence?

I was carted off in an ambulance to a&e at the scene, so no witnesses gave me a statement and no police were present until the hospital (where honestly I cant remember what they said, mainly just checking I was still here!)

My main concern is that if I want to contest this in court, for whatever reason, I don't want my personal injury solicitor to represent me (they are not good). Hence looking for a better local lawyer.

I gave a statement recently at my house. Really sorry I cant say more but I don't want to bring up too much info as they do check forums etc.
