Chutney Reciepes....
 

Well i have had a bright idea (albeit a little last min :rolleyes:) to make chutney for some friends at work

BUT

all the recipes i have found all need a month to let it "infuse"

Do anyone know of any that dont or have any suggestions of type of chutney's they like
