Wednesday/Thursday 29th-30th Dec- Ride anyone??
 

Hello there all.

I was wondering if anyone would be up for a ride next wednesday or thursday (29, 30, 12, 2010). I'm off on those days and wanted to hook up with someone who knows some nice roads. So if anybody is up for it let me know, please.

Rictus01 are you up for anything those days?

I'll be out on Thursday to burn a tank of juice, no real plan, probably grab an early bite to eat at the Ace and then just head off as the fancy takes me.

Not really that fussed Mike, I'll be there about 10.30 tomorrow, leave about an hour later, if anyone else is there and fancies it, so much the better, if not I'll have fun anyway.

Guess like I'm not gonna be joining you after all. Let me give you a riddle. Car, bike (behind the car), reverse gear, boom. Cheeky tit then put the bike back up and moved his car 2 spaces. Fortunately his next-door "friend" grassed him up.

Outcome: broken clutch lever (hence inability to ride or even start the bike), bent gear pushrod, cracked fairing, damaged rear indicator, general scratches and wounds. Not happy at all.

Spare clutch lever anyone??

that's a shame Mike, probably got a spare clutch lever in my box of bits if you're stuck, running a bit behind anyway today so won't get out for a couple of hours yet myself.

Im just about to visit few local garages to see if they have one. If they dont I'll let you know and then your spare one might come in handy.
