A stranger passing through...
 

Morning all, just booked a works course in london for a week(feb 7th -11th) and thought I'd see what shenanigans if any go on midweek and see if I can pop by say hello... Also contemplating coming on the bike from midlands - any suggestions on the possible location to park up my bike for the week nice and securely? Hotel is in clerkenwell and course is old street but anywhere around central that is safe would be great... Maybe catch a few of you in a couple of weeks :)

Our meet is on a Friday evening so you could always hang around for that. The details are in a sticky I think. If you ask nicely I'm sure someone will lead you in from wherever you're based. If you're even luckier you'll get some excellent filtering practice.

As for someone 'safe' to park... He he. Good luck!

As Monkey boy says parking round there can be tricky but I work in the area and am happy to help out where I can. It might be a SELKENT week (I can never remember) in which case a ride into Kent to say hello is on the cards.

Have you asked the hotel if they have any parking? You may find that they have a small off-street area you could plonk it, or an agreement with a nearby car park.

Thanks all...Love to hang about but going to be on a tight schedule after the course and be on my way back up t'north via Reading... Good idea on the hotel - will give them a call see if they can help.. Got a couple of friends so going to see if they can sort some secure parking with brothers / friends / mistresses / dominatrices so should sort something :) I'll no doubt be wandering the street of soho soaking up the atmosphere so if I see any random sv's I'll take a punt and say hello... Hey the filtering practice will be welcome, been 5 years since my year in London with my 100cc scooter dodging the bendy buses. 2 cars in a row is a major jam up here so don't get the practice!!
