Running rough
 

I have just taken the bike out and it was running poorly.
It popped and banged and had a loss of power top end.
I have changed the plugs, checked the spark and was going to replace the coils today when I checked it all over.

The exhausts were running at the same temperature and then the battery was dropping charging rate with increased revs. I then left it and the front cylinder was running 200c cooler

So, first thought was coils, second reg/rectifier.
It is my race bike so no lights but with full charging system.
