SV650S Ignition Unit, where should it be located?

Me again, where about is the ignition unit supposed to be? I took the rear seat off today to find it just rattling around.

2 bolt holes on the centre of the undertray, just under the rear locking mech,

It's a bit further towards the back on the Curvy.

Has it had a DIY tail tidy done? It's not clear from your avatar but it looks like the snow shovel rear mudgaurd is missing. If so, the mounting holes are connected to the bit of the undertray that often gets cut off so you might need to find another way to secure the ICU.

Ahh that may explain why there are no holes, you reckon some heavy duty sticky back velcro will do the job?
