Fitting Pyramid undertray 99-02.

Hi there after reading a few threads about the differant types of undertray available i decided to go for either the powerbronze or the pyramid one as the ones available on ebay seem to be abit cheap and can require some modifiying, I decided to go with the pyramid one as a few other bits ive already got are from there, on recieving it i removed the old undertray and offered the new one upto it, it doesnt appear to fit properly as the rearcut outs seem to small and hit the frame stopping it from going any were near the securing holes and even if it did seems like it would sit to high for the rear light to sit properly? has any one fitted one of these or had any issues as there fitting instructions were crap to say the least

My 2000 curvy has a Pyramid one fitted, but came with the bike, I didn't fit it. It fits like a glove, they are one of the best around I "think". Maybe it's the mounting bracket? I can emial you some photos of mine if you want, but give me a few days to sort that out .

I have a pyramid undertray on my current SV, was already on it (took the person about 4 hours to fit apparently) but have it on and off a few times with no problems. I also fitted a pyramid undertray to my last curvey took me about hour altogether including tea breaks and picking the bike up after I pushed it off its stand!
You need to leave the standard undertray on it just needs cutting a bit and the ECU moving a wee bit

If you put your location someone maybe able to help you

could you post a pic of it with the new tray fitted DD? does it make the bike look much purtier? (if that is possible with a curvy:D)
