SV650S K9 with GSXR 600 k7 forks

I have found a set of gsxr k7 front end on ebay with all the bike http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

i was just wondering will it fit in to the stem with out much work or would i need to sort out need bearings
