Want to get your downpipes clean - EASIEST WAY
Ok folks, dont post here as often as I used to, but I had to tell you about this.
I know SV owners often like to keep their downpipes polished and will spend hours of elbow grease rubbing and polishing until they can see their face. Well I have now found the solution which I can honestly say is possibly the best cleaning product I have ever seen. I am in no way affiliated with it, but Optiglanz (available on net and Hein Gericke) is the dogs danglies for cleaning exhausts. I tried it on the Triumph and stuff that I was trying to clean for hours literally ran off in seconds. Its about £13 a bottle but the fact that such a small amount is required (spray bottle) it lasts a long time! I urge anyone to give it a go and post the results on here |

Seems to me to be a bit like alibright which we used to paint on and wash off. It brought aluminium up like brand new.
If you were worried about overspray going on the engine paint it on with a brush. |
