YCF Egg Run 24th April
Yup its this Sunday ( the sun is booked)
Meet from 9am on Kelvin Way set off 11am SHARP (we have an old firm match we want outta there !) For those registered - THANK YOU For those not - there will be spaces available on the day First come first served for a fiver in the bucket. For those not making in - www.yeer.co.uk and you can donate that way This could be the last run unless someone else takes it on - there have been too many instances of verbal attacks and physical assaults on the committee this year and it has lost the fun element. I would love everyone to turn up and help make it a run to remember for the right reasons |

Re: YCF Egg Run 24th April
the falkirk one is the same day, leaving from the wheel, for anyone is interested
Details; CHAS 2011 Easter day 24th April. This years charity rideout leaves at 10.30 from the bottom car park of the Falkirk Wheel, A803, Glasgow Road, Camelon. The trip up to Rachel House in Kinross takes about 30 minutes so come along and bring your friends everybody welcome, Quads, Scooters, Trikes and Learners, all donations welcome. We leave the Falkirk wheel and ride to Kinross where some carry onto present the donation at Rachael house and the others meet up for a chat etc. at Kinross services. There is no charge for taking part in this event but we do welcome donations to CHAS. This event is open to riders of all experience including learners. Update: This year we are supporting the CHAS Miss Scotland Tiara Appeal. For detail of this appeal please see below: The Scottish Sun newspaper has launched an exciting new appeal for CHAS, led by Miss Scotland, Nicola Mimnagh. Nicola has chosen to support CHAS as her two cousins use Robin House and she has seen first hand the difference CHAS makes to the lives of children, young adults and their families who use our services. Miss Scotland has set Scottish Sun readers the challenge to raise a staggering £100,000. The money raised will fund a new space for teenagers and young adults to enjoy at Rachel House where the space originally designed for teenagers no longer meets the needs of young adults staying at the hospice. |

Re: YCF Egg Run 24th April
Looking forward to it. Seemingly the weather will be good so I'll be making a day of it.
To echo Johnny's comments, well done to the organisers for their hard work and dedication. I understand that a lot of good people have dedicated time and money to make this happen and hope that the ignorant actions of some internet trolls doesn't put them off keeping this tradition going. I'll be heading along to MCS on Saturday to get a free wash for my bike in preparation. :batman: |
