a picture can tell a 1000 stories
So, I know it is after the event, but do you think the poor biker with leg injuries after this will be held accountable.
http://www.lep.co.uk/webimage/a6_cra...5/92233774.jpg to me this looks a clear case of car cuts corner, does not look where he is going and OMG that bike must be flying to suddenly appear at the T junction. |
Re: a picture can tell a 1000 stories
impossible to say without knowing more about the incident,
get well soon to all |
Re: a picture can tell a 1000 stories

Re: a picture can tell a 1000 stories
am I being thick, I cant see bike or biker in that pic?

Re: a picture can tell a 1000 stories
What is left of his bike is between verge and fire engine. Photo obviously after the ambulance left driver has whiplash and shock

Re: a picture can tell a 1000 stories
Ah right. position of car would certainly suggest the driver was cutting the corner, hard to see how it would end up where it is otherwise. Were you there when it happened then? looks like bike was moving to end up there, guess biker was turning left?

Re: a picture can tell a 1000 stories
It looks to me as if the car was turning right into the side road. There is damage to the bonnet on the nearside of the car and the bonnet has been lifted and moved left. That suggests the bike was going along the main road and the car turned across it's path.

Hmm BP = that my gut instinct too

Re: a picture can tell a 1000 stories
I see what you mean but it looks like there is more damage to the offside. To my untrained eye it looks as if the main impact was on that side.
