2005 can on a 2000 model

Does anyone know if a 2005 model aftermarket slip-on can will fit on a 2000model.
I have just got a 2000 sv650s and I want a louder can, I understand there might be some cutting involved.
I found these cans, and wondered if I could get one to fit:
