It means that it is curved in more than one direction

Standard visors are like taking a slice out of a pipe, the 3d ones more like taking a slice out of a ball.

i like your idea reeder, i would want to sit in the cinema, in full leathers, helmet and gloves to enjoy TT3D in all its glory :)
