A Definitive way of emptying and cleaning a k3 fuel tank?

After searching on here i felt there are far too many threads showing different ways of doing this and the official and unofficial manuals dont really describe this in much detail. Can anyone shed light on doing this?

The tank is off the engine atm.

Pressure cleaner then rinse out with paraffin,then hair dryer to make sure all the moisture is removed
