i would check the plugs 1st and report back the condition i.e are they wet or have black soot like deposits on them etc.

Sounds really bad. I think your bikes had it. I'll take it off you for £100.

I'm good like that.

As said check your plugs.

I would change the plugs. If they are breaking down inside you won't be able to see it by looking at them. If they are really sooty it could be running rich, but then that could be caused by a clogged air filter. It all hinges on when you last changed them (the filter and the plugs). I'd change them both. and put some fuel system cleaner in the tank, shouldn't cost too much.

Today i changed BOTH spArk plugs ( they were fine but i put the new ones in anyway! And i changed the air filter and cleaned it out! It runs the same or worse?
I have no ****ing idea and im getting ****ed of!

Sounds like it could be a fuelling problem to me. Has it been sat for a while not being used?

Problem solved guys! Like i sed changed the plugs and air filter!
It was the tick over running to low! It was ticking over at 1000rpm and thats what caused the stalling :/
So that solves that problem!

But yeh runs great now!! Thx guys

Good. Adjusting the idle would solve the "rough running at 3000 rpm problem" normally. But as long as you're happy, nice one.
