Theramin or Wah-Wah Guitar?
 

Look at the picture of the bed below.

When you look at it, do you see a 70's vision of the future a'la Star Trek and hear the familiar undulating tones of the Theramin, inspiring a vision of a scene with Kirk and some wierdly coloured female alien.

OR

Do you hear the wah-wah guitars from the soundtrack of some dodgy 70's erm "Adult Entertainment", with scantily clad people with too much hair.

Oh and yes, that IS a mirror AND a radio built into the headboard - I bet the radio only gets the Barry White station...

Neither . It is not "spangly" enough to be Star Trek and there is not enough Purple and Orange Paisley to class as 70`s . I did hear the "Imperial March" when I looked at that though :) ...... anyway , when are you buying the bed ?

sort of reminds me of the room we had for AR10, radio built into the draylon headboard there. I called it the Jimmy Saville suite

So, if you were looking at a flat thats supposed to be unfurnished, but that was left behind, would you ask if they would leave it in rather than dump it before you moved in?

Obviously new Matresses would have to be got :p

I see where you are coming from. The bad base itself looks new, and was obviously a PITA to get it in there, so as long as its disinfected with sheep dip, then I can't see why a new mattress wouldn't suffice.
