im thinking i could well benefit from something like this. Does anyone have it? or know where i could get it from.

Well you've had your money's worth then :-P

I don't think anyone does this cover, you could look into the sort of breakdown and repair cover, but I reckon they'll have exclusions against all the consumable bits.
