Bucking...kangaroo bike when accelerating.
 

Just came back from a short bimble and the bike now wants to buck when I go and twist the throttle to overtake.. The bike runs great at low speed through towns and sounds great, so im after some advice on what the problem maybe.

After looking through other threads it could be the Chain and sprockets so I gave them a clean and noticed the chain has some tight links and its now booked in for new c & s.

Is there anything else I may need to check or any possible solutions to stop this.. oh ist a curvy..

Just had the chain and sprockets changed, but my problem is still there.. any thoughts.

is it the engine thats causing the bucking or does it feel more wheel area?

Defo the engine.. If you take it on a nice run its fine, smooth through the gears.ect.ect. it only happens when you open the throttle up, it jumps then the power comes.

maybe a fuelling issue, you have carbs or fuel injection?

Carbs.

the last time I serviced the bike was about 9 months ago. done about 1500 miles since. Could it be a spark plug issue.. The problem started when a recent fill at the petrol station about 2 weeks ago. Now its just annoying to why its happening

Will check plugs and air filter tomorrow and change if required. Hope its just dodgy fuel but don't think so as it runs great at low speed.

I was told you can spot a lean prob at high revs. I've been looking into a possible issue on the VRap you see. Thankfully it don't buck like a kangaroo :)
