Bike losing power now and then

I noticed this over the last two days, happened around the 3k rev mark but this is only because im taking it easy after the engine rebuild. The 1st time it did it there was a smell of fuel. The next time i stopped at the side of the road straight away and if i hadn't blipped the throttle it would have died as there were no idle revs. It seems so far a blip on the throttle sorts it out.

I'm going to check around it to see if theres any hoses/pipes have worked loose during the run in due to vibration or the rubbish clips need replaced on the hoses (could be intake of too much air due to this!?!) and check the fuel area. Im also going to do a throttle balance. I dont expect it to be anything engine related. It sounds like pipe/air thing...i havent quickly checked to see if the fuel pump stops working when it happens.... it's difficult to immediately do this. It happenned once/twice whilst out for a total of 4 hours.

Advice appreciated!
