Goodridge hoses/GSXR front end
 

Hi all!

Right, got my GSXR front end on the bike, bought some nice Goodridge hoses, Supposedly, for the Naked Pointy......thought, well, they should fit......they don't.
They're about an inch short of the M/C, and that's stretching them.

The bike is still naked, using the OEM bars, M/C set-up.

Looking at the box the hoses came in, it says on there, SV650 SK3-SK5 so I'm guessing M&P have balls'd up AGAIN!!!

What I'd like to know is, have they messed up, or do the SVN "race" braided lines not fit length-wise due to the USD front end/Caliper mountings!?

If they have messed up again, I will NOT be happy!

If it's my fault, then, where can I get Goodridge hoses that are long enough or is there another model Suzuki to use? V-Strom etc....

sk3-sk5 are indeed for the sport model and wont fit higher bars.

send them back.

how come you got stuff from M&P thought that they were closed due to fire?

They've sent you faired lines instead of naked lines :thumright:

I got them on the 24th of June after they buggered up the order the first time around.

They seem to be quite useless. I specifically stated Naked, and Black.

First time round, they denied this and sent clear lines. Then said there was no rear line listed. Now sent S version lines.

Muppets.

I got custom ones made at no extra cost, direct from Hel. Goodridge also provide this service.

Yes, I've ordered from hel.
So, with the Agro I've had with M&P I'll just stick the S lines on fleabay.

Shame, because they are very nice.....but the hel ones im sure will be equally as nice.

My Hel ones are beautiful...one day I'll actually bother fitting them! LOL
