Noisy Fuel Pump

I have a K4 650, and can ever so slightly hear the fuel pump running whilst the bike is running, is this normal, or am i just being over sensitive after not having it running for a while?

I can hear mine too, untill my ear plugs expand and start working. Dont worry about it unless its making funny noises while primeing.
