I would tell myself

1) Buy a property ASAP
2) Dont fret about an occupation just yet, plenty of time
3) Be more confident! (Im extremely confident now, just took a looong time for it to come)

1. You will have an opportunity to buy a house at silly money, DO IT!
2. Quit the job you are doing and go back to school/college
3. Cut up that credit card, it will end in tears

1) Stay fit and keep exercising. It's far more difficult to gain fitness again than it is to maintain and improve on what you had.

2) Travel, and take any opportunity you have to see the world before life becomes more restrictive.

3) Pursue the things in life that you enjoy doing - aspire to finding a career that you enjoy working in.

4) Continue to educate yourself.

5) Learn a foreign language or two.

6) Read 'The Game' by Neil Strauss.
