I need my carbs balanced...
 

My friends been saying he'll balance the carbs on the sv for ages, and he's still not done it and i'm now at the point i am fed up and just want it done. He was meant to be doing it for me as i am currently unemployed and can't really afford it but.

So, anyway, can someone recommend me where to go to get it done, either colchester or billericay. (and how much is it going to cost me?)

I've no idea where you could get it done around there, but fancy a trip down London way and I'll lend you the kit to do it yourself.

dunno if it helps , but i used to take my ZXR to a place called Silverex in braintree to have mine done . they were really good and helpful , and used to charge about £40, 3 years ago :)

Thanks for the offer, I wouldn't know where to start though, I've never done them before

not required, I don't do the work anymore, but have done many hundreds of times, so you won't screw anything up.

my mate at work is ex bike mech, and has huge workshop in his garden as he does bike work in his spare time. balanced my carbs and done valve service last year.

Superb rates and hes 5 mins ride away from you wiggle, can ask him tomorrow if your stuck with finding someone.

I would have replied to it, but i'm giving up with life at hte moment i don't know if i'm coming or going :)
