Best Place to sell foregin currency

I have quite a bit money left over from my trip, where generally gives the best rates to convert it back to pounds? Thx:cool:

Maybe, given that we have a few people who visit Poland semi-regularly, you might be able to do a deal with one of them and so avoid commission?
