I did try searching through.
Cheers although I'm not after changing the lens. Just wondering which LED bulb are worth buying. |
Re: Which LED for curvy back light
By way of update and for others to use should they decide to I bought 2 sets of bulbs for the bike.
These: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2608656850...84.m1497.l2649 Which were ok but there didn't seem to be enough of a difference between side and brake light brightness. And these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2906226980...84.m1497.l2649 Which are much better and I would recommend them as a direct replacement. Hope this is usefull for someone. |
Re: Which LED for curvy back light
It's worth paying for a decent LED light, too often with LEDs you get what you pay for. cheaper is not as good. Two very good points about the second link are:
Metal body for best heat sinking and they actually give the lumens (brightness) figure. Dim and/or cheap will never give the lumen figure (because it's so poor) |
