Flywheel puller and engine removal tools needed.
Right. How else can I explain it?
Since I've been possessed by some dark and evil forces that prevented me from checking my curvy's oil level during and after my recent, 1500 mile trip to Scotland (any excuse for being a t**t is good eh?) I oil starved the engine of my pride and joy. Outcome: crank shaft bearings gone to Neverland. I opted for a heart transplant and found a 2005 ticker with 6,5k done which is already in my storage awaiting installation. However I need to remove flywheel and get the ignition advancer (Woodruff key?) from my old engine and put it on the new one. Then when thats done I can put the bike together and get back on the road and stay way clear of public farce-of-a-transport as it's doing my head in. The tools I need are - flywheel puller for a 1999 SV650, and; - castle socket So if any good soul out there has any of those and doesn't mind lending it for a few days I'd be more than pleased. I'm more than happy to cover postage costs or if London based meet up at Soho on Friday. Any help will be really appreciated. Many thanks Mike |

Hi Mike,
the puller tool is nothing more than a threaded bolt. Metric M20x1,5 pitch. The engine removal tools are available here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUZUKI-ENG...item3cbd3a6df7 |
