Noisy at high speed

Hi All,

Hopefully someone can help me, my SV650S K5 has done 56000 miles, and in the last couple of days has developed a squeaky warbly rattly type noise (sorry for the rubbish description). It starts to be audible around 45mph and becomes a constant noise at motorway speeds. It's not dependent on engine speed or load.

A friendly mechanic has checked the (6 month old) chain and sprockets and adjusted the chain. Could it be the rear wheel bearing?

I rode my friends Kawasaki ZZ1200 a few months ago and i found that his bike was squealing, anyway in the end it turned out to be the rear wheel bearing. So theres a good chance.
