Prefer the wet weather rideing later on in blog :)

Seriously though I'd miss the sound, big deciding factor in getting an SV

Thanks manicjazz - will try to put out more stuff like that later. In case if you have some more ideas about the wet weather riding, please do send in your suggestions - frankly speaking who would know better about wet weather riding than our motorbike riding friends from UK...we do get rain in NW USA but not as much....

And yes, one of my reasons for getting a SV 650S was also the sound of the twins...although despite of my plans for some reason ever since I got my last SV (5 years back) havent changed the stock exhaust....

All very well and good punting this as the new "green" way to get about but where does the electricity come from? (Don't say the plug!)

I understand that we are currently importing Elcetricity from the French, generated by a lot of Nuclear power. The UK does have some less environmentally damaging generating stations, but they are not really that common, so the rest comes from our own Nuclear and coal or other Hydrocarbon powered stations. Makes ya feel not all worried about the use of electric powered bikes don't it? :smt042
