The New Years Resolutions Thread

Well folks, It's that time of year where people pledge to give up all of the crap and get in with the good.

What are you giving up?

After a year of decent cycling, I'm looking to go on a fitness frenzy.

1. No smoking
2. No alcohol for 2 months followed by a significant reduced intake
3. More regular exercise
4. Better cycling training
5. No fast food.
6. Get down to 8% bodyfat.

I'm really looking forward to getting started and the struggle that I no doubt have in store.

It would be awesome for anyone else considering giving anything up, and for whatever reason, to post and for the .org to support those that are giving up something to improve their life and hopefully it can all help over the course of the next year.

Enough to fill a bath a week probably.

My weight doesn't bother me, I'm 13.5st. It's my lack of fitness and body fat. looking to get into shape. I won't cut any foods out, just sort portion sizes and cut down on fizzy and drink more water. I also need to slim a bit so my bargain £20 half leather jacket fits better!

Not only your teeth, I remember someone repeating a quote from the Corona soft drinks delivery driver ( You'll only remember these if you're really old like me :D)

I wouldn't drink what we deliver, I see what the contents do to the van floor from the breakages :)
