Engine Dimensions LxWxH
 

I am currently undertaking a University project where I require the engine dimensions (LxWxH) of any SV650 to continue designing the chassis I have planned.

If anyone could provide the LxWxH along with the height at which the maximum width is then I would be eternally greatful!

Hi there, I asked around for the size as well, im fitting mine onto a kart, the details I got from the guy im buying my engine from are:

"Approximately 360mm for the crankcases and 220mm across both cylinders for the non FI model"

And the details for the engine mounts are:

"Mounting measurement - these are narrower than the complete engine.
154 (rear upper)
180 (rear lower)
96 (front lower)

Im glad you came to the same conclusion as me about the SV650 engine being good for a project :)
