MOT tail tidy and indicators question

Hi, previous owner put a tail tidy onto the bike, this so far hasn't gone through an MOT (with the current tail tidy).

Will this pass or will i have to do some mods, I know i need to get a reflector for it. The numberplate light looks ok but could it be an issue with the amount of light beaming out (see image).

Thank you :)

Don't think you will have any problems with an MOT.

The number plate light looks like the standard one remounted to the new tail tidy. As long as your indicators are working and flashing properly then it should pass.

Your reg plate also looks a standard size too.

Oh yeah I wanted to comment on you photos of your gsxr...bitch!!! That's nice!! Lol

Yes it's standard size, not sure legally what size I can go to, and if I can.

Fingers crossed should fly MOT...not good having MOT, tax and insurance due on both my bike and car in the same couple of months.

You'll need a reflector put on the number as mine failed the mot for that one and only reason

Happy days you should have no problems with the mot on that side of things :)

You need to make sure the number plate light cannot be seen directly from behind as it could be distracting to following vehicles.

That's one of the things I was worried about

Re: MOT tail tidy and indicators question

Is it the standard light or one that came with the tidy. I bought an RG one which came with a new light and a clip on cover which attached so no light could be seen from behind.
