WSB Qualifying coverage on eurosport
 

Did anyone see the 1st programme? Apart from the 1st round being girlfriends/wife day i was amazed at just how much the camera got close to the bikes & paddocks. It was great to see all the tech & explanations as the camera guided us around it all. Plus there was a lot of great external shots of the people coming & going around the phillip island circuit.

I saw that, but my Sky box didn't actually record the repeated superpole later that day that presumably showed qualifying! It was fascinating though and good to hear Burnicle and Whitham on the box for the first time this year.

Can't watch it as my 'net connection is crap and the sky box doesn't work in the house I am in :-c

Yeah, It was a good show despite the lack of on-track action. Probably all the better cos I've had withdrawal symptoms over winter!

Superpole never actually happened cos there was a fatal crash in one of the Asutralian Supersport (I think) races held on the Saturday. The clear up and investigation took precendence, obviously, so they cancelles Superpole and formed the WSB grid from the open qualifying session instead. Shame for the boy's family, as ever.
