And here I was being so good....
 
As usual, I start the day with a fairly small portion of Oats & More. Try to eat a piece of fruit each time I get the chocolate urge.

Then Bamm!, my gorgeous better half turns up with a steaming cup of tea and dirty great big cream cake for me to eat.

Oh well, maybe tomorrow then. :-)

hmmmm, i think there's an ulterior motive, shes trying to get you fat so you are less attractive to the opposite sex........

thats what i tell myself when stuffing my face anyway! ;)
