Eccentric chain adjuster?
1 Attachment(s)
I am looking for what i believe is called an eccentric chain adjuster, it is the tool needed to change the chain tension on a bike with the adjustment bit in the swing arm like in the attached pic.

Re: Eccentric chain adjuster?
Not really 100% sure on your type, but if it's anything like my Ducati one it's basicly a c-spanner that goes over a toothed wheel just between the swingarm and wheel if it is adjusted the same way.
If not I'm stumped. |
Re: Eccentric chain adjuster?
nah this one requires something which goes over the nut and then a bit that goes into one of the other holes or a hole to allow a screwdriver to. The triumph daytona 1200 has the same thing

Re: Eccentric chain adjuster?
Square section tube.
2 bolts and 2 nuts. File the thread on the protruding prongs so the ends smooth. Then sheath the bolts so they dont scratch the adjuster. |
